This document represents the general conditions or terms of use in the simgear.gr online store


"SIM GEAR" Ltd. is the an owner of the online store simgear.gr. The headquarters of the company is located in Burgas, 94 Tsar Kaloyan St., 5th floor, Company ID: 207321306.

"SIM GEAR" Ltd. is the administrator of the simgear.gr online store.

"SIM GEAR" Ltd. fulfills and coordinates all orders placed on the simgear.gr website.

"SIM GEAR" Ltd. performs all activities related to technical assistance offered as support. In the case of externally hired persons and organizations, their assistance is regulated in a separate contract with the contractor company.


Any person over the age of 18 or legal entity meeting one or more of the following conditions:

  • Access the content of the platform;
  • Places orders after creating a registration or as a guest (without registration);

3.2. USER
Any person who has registered on the platform and agreed to the general terms and conditions.

Any natural or legal person who purposefully or accidentally came across the site, who benefits from the site's resources, but does not have a registration on the platform.

Legal entities that have registered on the site and receive preferential prices for the purpose of reselling goods and services offered by us.

An individual or entity that has applied and been approved for our influencer and streamer affiliate program.

The electronic store hosted at simgear.gr.

The simgear.gr website or mobile application.

A section in the platform formed by an email address and password that allows the Customer to submit an order and that contains information about the Customer, Order History, Invoices, Reward Points and others. The Customer is responsible for all information entered in the Profile being true, complete and up-to-date.

A profile section that allows the Customer to create a list of favorite products that they can monitor for possible future purchases.

A section on the site allowing any customer, user, visitor, partner or influencer to compare two or more products using the parameters described in the description of each item/category.

3.11. CART
A section in the platform that allows the Customer to add products that he wishes to buy at the time of their addition or at a later stage.

3.12. ORDER
An electronic document is a form of communication between eMAG and the Client, through which the Client states to the seller, through the Platform, his desire to purchase products or services.

Any advertising message aimed at promoting the Platform, the simgear.gr brand or certain goods that are available in limited quantities, unless the commercial message explicitly mentions the opposite.

It represents a remote contract between the Seller and the Customer for the purchase and sale of goods and/or services through the Platform, based on and an integral part of which are the present general conditions of use.


  • Information on the Platform that is accessible through an Internet connection and use of an Internet-connected device. Including text, table values, images, video;
  • The content of any message from the Customer to simgear.gr, sent by electronic means and/or any other available means of communication;
  • Any information provided, in any possible way, by an employee/collaborator of simgear.gr through electronic or other means for its remote transmission;
  • The information on the Platform related to the Goods and/or Services and/or the tariffs applied by the Seller in a certain period of time;
  • The information on the Platform concerning the Customers and related to the Goods and/or Services and/or the applicable tariffs from third parties with whom the Seller has entered into some form of partnership agreements;
  • Platform Seller Data;

All types of messages sent via electronic communication channels (such as e-mail, SMS, mobile device push / web push, etc.) containing general and thematic information, information about similar or relevant products to those being purchased, information about offers or promotions from simgear.gr, information about the Goods and Services added in the "Profile / Cart" section or in the "Profile / Favorites" section, as well as other commercial communications such as market and consumer surveys.

Action by simgear.gr to refund the amount paid by the Customer as a result of cancellation, termination, refusal or non-conclusion of a purchase and sale contract through the Platform, carried out only via bank transfer.

All technical specifications and/or descriptions of the Goods and Services as set out in their description.

3.19. REVIEW

A written evaluation by the owner or user of a product or service based on the evaluator's personal experience and ability to make qualitative comments and express an opinion as to whether or not the product or service meets the manufacturer's specifications.

3.20. RATING
A method of calculating a customer's level of satisfaction with a particular product. The rating is expressed in the form of stars, and each product can receive a rating of one to five stars. This degree of satisfaction will always be accompanied by a review written by the Customer for a given product or service.

Represents a reference price, respectively the lowest price announced by the Seller for the last 30 days before the date of application of the reduced price of the Goods.


4.1. The general conditions of simracing.gr bind all Customers of the Platform.

4.2. Any use of the Platform means that You have (a) carefully familiarized yourself with the general conditions for its use and (b) you have agreed to abide by them unconditionally.

4.3. Simgear.gr reserves the right to update and amend the General Terms and Conditions of the Platform periodically to reflect any changes to the way the Site functions and conditions or any changes to legal requirements. The document may be opposed by the Clients from the moment it is published on the Platform. In the event of such a change, we will publish on the Platform the amended version of the Document, therefore we ask you to periodically check the content of this Document. The general conditions that were in force at the time of the conclusion of the distance contract between the Customer and the Seller are applied to each transaction through the Platform.

4.4. If any of the provisions of these general terms of use of the Platform are found to be invalid or unenforceable, regardless of the reason for this, this does not entail the invalidity or unenforceability of the remaining provisions.

4.5. Simgear.gr makes serious efforts to maintain the accuracy of the information presented on the Platform. However, given the possible technical errors or omissions in this information, we specify that the images of the products are illustrative and indicative in nature, therefore the delivered products may differ from the images.

4.6. It is possible that, due to limited space and the sequential structure of the information, the product descriptions are sometimes incomplete. However, we strive to provide the most relevant and relevant information.

4.7. All goods, including those on promotion/discount, are sold and delivered while supplies last, even if this is not explicitly stated on the Platform.

4.8. The Platform may contain links to other sites. Simgear.gr is not responsible for the privacy policy of websites it does not administer, as well as for other information contained therein.


5.1. The Customer declares his desire to order and buy the Product and/or Service through the Platform by placing an Order electronically, by phone or in the chat application and which is accordingly registered by himself or by an employee of simgear.gr on his behalf.

5.2. Simgear.gr will send a notification to the Customer to register the Order in its system, which does not mean acceptance, confirmation or commitment to its implementation. Simgear.gr makes this notification electronically (email) or by phone.

5.3. The Seller has the right not to deliver part or all of the Goods or not to perform part or all of the Services of the Order for various objective reasons, including but not limited to the exhaustion of their stock. In all cases, simgear.gr notifies the Customer of this by email or by phone. In this case, the sole responsibility of the Seller is to return any amount previously received for the Goods or Services.

5.4. The distance sales contract between the Seller and the Customer is considered to be concluded at the moment of receipt by the Customer of his e-mail and/or via SMS sent to his phone as a notification that the Goods from the Order are ready for dispatch or the Service can be provided. Such a message contains a notification that the customer will be additionally notified by a courier about the exact date of delivery.

5.5. The sales contract concluded between the Customer and the Seller consists of these general terms and conditions and any additional agreements between the Seller and the Customer. The warranty certificate for each Product will either accompany it or be loaded into the relevant Customer's Account and will be issued by the Seller or its supplier.


6.1. Access to the Platform for the purpose of registering an Order is allowed to any Customer.

6.2. Simgear.gr reserves the right, at its discretion, to limit the Customer's access to the realization of an Order and/or to any of the possible payment methods, if the Customer abuses his rights in any way and this is to the detriment of simgear.gr or third person. In this situation, the Customer has the right to contact the "Customer Relations" department of simgear.gr in order to be informed about the reasons that led to the implementation of the above-mentioned measures. In these cases, simgear.gr is not responsible for any damages that the Customer has suffered or may suffer as a result of this action.

6.3. The Customer has the right to publish reviews regarding Goods and/or Services, as well as to contact Simgear.gr at the addresses specified in the "contacts" section of the Platform. Comments or messages that contain profanity or inappropriate language will be removed from the Platform or ignored.

6.4. Communication with the Seller can be carried out through direct contact with him or at the addresses indicated on the Platform in the "Contact" section.

6.5. In case of unusually high traffic on the Internet, simgear.gr reserves the right to require the Clients to manually enter the validating captcha codes, in order to protect the information published on the Platform.

6.6. Simgear.gr may publish advertising or promotional information about the Goods and/or Services and/or those offered on the Platform, for a certain period of time.

6.7. All prices of the Goods and/or Services on the Platform are final, declared in BGN (BGN) including VAT and all other taxes or fees required by law.

6.8. In the case of online payments or payments by bank transfer, the Seller bears no responsibility whatsoever for any costs in connection with fees, commissions or other additional payments made by the Customer or his bank on the occasion of the transaction itself, as well as in cases of currency exchange, applied by the bank that issued the client's card in cases where the currency is different from BGN (BGN). We advise our customers to check with their bank for any additional fees they may be charged for online or bank payments.

6.9. All images placed on the Platform have the sole purpose of creating some idea of the type of Product/Service offered, and not to represent it accurately. Accordingly, it is possible that some of the images of the Goods or Services on the Platform (static/dynamic images/multimedia presentations/etc.) may not correspond to the appearance of the relevant Goods or create a wrong impression of the Service offered. Seller shall not be liable for such discrepancies.

6.10. The Seller has the right to use subcontractors for the fulfillment of his obligations under the distance purchase contract concluded through the Platform without the need to notify or obtain the Customer's consent for this. The relevant Seller will be liable for the actions of such subcontractors as its own.


7.1. The content, as defined in the "Definitions" chapter, including but not limited to logos, any graphic images or inscriptions, commercial symbols, dynamic symbols, texts and/or multimedia content of the Platform, are the exclusive property of Simgear.gr

7.2. Simgear.gr owns and reserves all intellectual property rights related in any way to the Platform, regardless of whether they are its own or obtained through contractual licenses or in any other lawful manner.

7.3. Nothing in the distance contract concluded between simgear.gr and the Customer shall be considered as permission by simgear.gr for the latter to copy, distribute, publish, provide to third parties, change in any way any part of The content, including but not limited to the content of the trademarks, logos, multimedia content of the Platform or descriptions of the Products or Services, including through the introduction of any content external to the Platform, the removal of signs denoting the ownership of simgear.gr on The content. The customer has no right to transfer, sell, distribute materials created by reproducing (copying), modifying or publishing the Content, except with the express consent of simgear.gr.

7.4. The Customer may copy, transfer and/or use the Content only for personal non-commercial purposes and only in cases where this does not contradict the provisions of this chapter of this Document.

7.5. The Customer has the right to use the Content for commercial purposes only and only if he has received the written consent of simgear.gr for this and only for the part of the Content, in the manner and to the extent of its use, as well as within the time limits for which this consent is expressly given. Any subsequent or different use of the Content will be considered a violation of this contract between simgear.gr and the Client and a violation of the intellectual property rights of simgear.gr, which has the right to seek the Client's responsibility for this.

7.6. The mere sending to the Customer or reference to the Content or parts thereof by simgear.gr shall not be considered as consent by simgear.gr to allow the Customer to use the Content or parts thereof for his purposes other than his personal needs , regardless of the means of communication used by eMAG.

7.7. Any use of the Content for purposes other than those expressly permitted in these general conditions or in other express written consent given by simgear.gr is prohibited.


8.1. The Customer may place Orders on the Platform by adding the desired Goods and/or Services to the shopping cart, following the steps indicated on the Platform to complete and submit the relevant Order.

8.2. Each Product and/or Service added to the basket may be purchased if available. Adding the Product and/or Service to My Cart without completing the Order does not result in the registration of the order and the automatic saving of the Product/Service.

8.3. By confirming the Order, simgear.gr confirms the delivery of only one item of the relevant Product in the registered order. The remaining units of the Goods model in question will be further confirmed or refused depending on the quantities available. Registering the Order is not equivalent to its confirmation.

8.4. The Customer undertakes and is responsible for ensuring that all data provided to simgear.gr in connection with the Order are true, complete and accurate as of the date of dispatch of the order.

8.5. By sending the order, the Customer allows simgear.gr to contact him in any possible way, when this is necessary in connection with the order placed or the concluded Contract.

8.6. The Seller has the right to refuse to fulfill (cancel) the Order placed by the Customer, of which he should notify the Customer. The cancellation of the order does not entail any responsibility or subsequent obligation of any of the parties towards the other in connection with it, and accordingly none of them has the right to seek compensation from the other for its cancellation in the following cases:

  • non-acceptance by the Client's issuing bank of the transaction for online payment;
  • carrying out the monetary transaction, which does not lead to the receipt of funds to the Seller's account during online payments;
  • the data provided by the Client in the Platform are incomplete and/or wrong;

8.7. The customer exercises his right to withdraw from the distance contract within the period provided by the relevant Seller, which cannot be shorter than the statutory period. This term begins to run from the date of conclusion of the Service Agreement and from the date of receipt of the purchased Goods by the Customer or a third party. The customer can contact in connection with his refusal of the contract concluded remotely with simgear.gr at office@simgear.gr or at the telephone numbers indicated on the Site. The customer can also return the Product(s) by filling out the simgear.gr electronic form here. In this case, a courier sent by simgear.gr will pick up the Goods from the address specified by the Customer. For more information, visit the Return Policy section. Any return of Goods purchased from simgear.gr, for which the electronic form on the Site is not used, is at the Customer's expense.

8.8. The Seller undertakes to refund the paid price of the Contract concluded at a distance, which the Customer has refused within 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which he received proof from the Customer that the latter has returned the relevant Goods. The amount will be refunded as follows without incurring any additional costs to the Client using the same means of payment used by the Client in the initial transaction, unless the Client has expressed his express consent to use another means of payment.

8.9. The Seller has the right to delay the refund in cases of withdrawal from the concluded Contract until receipt of the sold Goods or until receipt of proof that they have been sent, in the event that he has not offered to collect the Goods himself, whichever of the two events occurs earlier early.

8.10. Only Customers who are consumers within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Act regarding the goods offered by simgear.gr have the right to withdraw from the distance contract and return goods, provided that the following conditions are met:

  1. when more than one item of a given brand and model of goods is ordered, the packaging of only one product has been unsealed, and the rest shall be returned to the Seller sealed;
  2. when the order is for products purchased in a package at a package price, all products that make up the package will be returned;
  3. where the product / Order was received as a gift, accompanying products, the gift or accompanying products in question will also be returned.


The customer has no right to withdraw from the concluded Agreement in the following cases:

  • in the provision of services, where the service has been fully provided and its implementation has begun with the express prior consent of the Customer and confirmation by him that he knows that he will lose his right of withdrawal after the contract has been fully fulfilled by the Seller;
  • in the delivery of goods or services, the price of which depends on the fluctuations of the financial market, which cannot be controlled by the Seller and which may occur during the period for exercising the right of refusal;
  • when delivering goods made to the Customer's order or according to his individual requirements;
  • in the delivery of sealed goods which have been unsealed after their delivery and cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons;
  • in the provision of digital content that is not delivered on a tangible medium, when the performance has begun with the express consent of the Customer, who has confirmed that he knows that he will thereby lose his right of withdrawal.


10.1. The customer agrees that by providing any of his personal or other data to simgear.gr, he agrees that it may be used by the latter for the following purposes:

  1. maintaining the Customer's profile, including registering orders, sending ordered products, performing the ordered services, invoicing, resolving disputes with Customers regarding their Orders or considering their requests;
  2. sending Commercial messages, periodic notifications by e-mail or via SMS;
  3. conducting market research, tracking and monitoring sales and customer/consumer behavior.

10.2. The Customer agrees to provide simgear.gr with unlimited volume and time access to any materials and information that it sends to the Seller through or in connection with the Platform, regardless of whether it has placed an Order and completed a transaction through the Platform. Simgear.gr has the right to use, reproduce, publish, modify, transmit and distribute this information or materials. The Customer expressly agrees that simgear.gr may freely use and process for its own purposes the ideas, concepts or know-how that the Customer has provided to it in any way through or in connection with the Platform or the actions/inactions that the Customer has carried out through or in connection with the Platform. Simgear.gr has no obligation to keep the information received in this way as confidential, as long as this is not imputed to it as an obligation by the current legislation.

10.3. By providing his data to Simgear.gr (including email address), the Customer gives his express consent to be contacted by Simgear.gr employees or third parties who are couriers.


11.1. The moment the Customer creates an account on the Platform, he has the opportunity to express his consent to receive Turogovski messages.

11.2. The Customer may withdraw his consent given to the Seller to receive Commercial Communications, which refusal he may express at any time by changing the settings in his Profile in "My Subscriptions" or by contacting the Seller.

11.3. The refusal to receive Commercial Messages does not mean an automatic refusal of the given consent to enter into this contract.

11.4. The customer can unsubscribe at any time from receiving Commercial Messages according to Art. 11.2 above by clicking on the unsubscribe link published in the commercial communications received from simgear.gr or by contacting simgear.gr for this purpose.


12.1. The prices of the Goods and Services announced on the Platform are final and include VAT, as well as all other taxes and fees provided for in the current Bulgarian legislation.

12.2. The price, method of payment and payment term for issuing invoices are specified in each Order. Orders of products offered by simgear.gr worth more than BGN 1000 cannot be paid upon delivery, but must be paid in advance by bank transfer or by credit card.

12.3. The customer is obliged to provide all the necessary information for issuing the invoice in accordance with the current Bulgarian legislation.

12.4. The Seller will issue the Customer an invoice for the ordered and delivered Goods / services provided based on the information provided by the Customer.

12.5. Simgear.gr issues an invoice for each payment under an Order through which the Customer has purchased Goods and/or Services offered on the Platform by simgear.gr. The Customer is delighted to receive such an invoice electronically by uploading it to their Account. In the event that these payment documents are not available for more than 48 hours (forty-eight) hours in the Profile, please notify us at the email address: office@simgear.gr.

12.6 In order to correctly draw up the invoice for the relevant Order, the Customer/User is obliged to continuously update the data in his account. He must review the information provided in the relevant Order to ensure that it is complete, true and accurate.

12.7. The customer will have a record of the invoices issued by Simgear.gr in his Profile, and he can save or archive them at any time.

12.8. The Customer's payment card data will not be accessible to Simgear.gr, nor will it be stored by Simgear.gr, but only by the issuer of the relevant payment card or by another entity authorized to provide services for storing identification data on the card.

12.9. In certain cases, in order to maintain the security of the Transactions, the Customer will have to authorize the payment by re-entering the card password or using fingerprints for mobile terminals that have this function.

12.10. In the event that there is more than one address stored in the Customer Profile, the delivery will be sent to the one listed as the primary one.


13.1. The Seller undertakes to deliver the ordered and purchased Goods himself or through a courier company to an address specified by the Customer, which address should be easily accessible by truck, or to an office of the courier company, depending on the Customer's choice. In cases of delivery to the door, the Customer must indicate the floor to which the products should be delivered in the address field in the emag.gr electronic form designated for this purpose. Otherwise, delivery will be made to the building listed as the delivery address if the building is accessible by lorry.

13.2. The Seller will ensure the appropriate packaging of the Goods and the dispatch of the accompanying documents. If by any chance the shipment does not contain a document required for the ordered product, please contact us at office@simgear.gr and we will do our best to provide it to you as quickly as possible.

13.3. Simgear.gr will deliver the Goods and provide the Services only on the territory of Bulgaria.

13.4. The terms of delivery for the products offered by Simgear.gr can be found on the info page of the "Delivery" Platform.

13.5. The shipping cost, when applicable, will be visible after the desired Product(s) is placed in the cart.

13.6. Ownership of the Goods will be transferred by the Seller upon their delivery to the Customer, after payment has been made by the Customer. Delivery of the Goods will be certified by the Customer's signature on the transport document provided by the courier..


14.1. The Seller offers most Goods on the Platform with a guarantee of compliance of the goods with the Contract in accordance with the current legislation. Exceptions are made for certain categories of goods, which due to their nature cannot have a guarantee.

14.2. With respect to the Goods sold and delivered by simgear.gr, the warranty certificates are issued by the manufacturer or are issued by simgear.gr. For all products sold with a warranty, simgear.gr provides the "Pick up & Return" service, which means free pickup and return delivery of the Goods.

14.3. The terms of use, handling and transportation of an unpacked product are the same as those of the packaged products from the manufacturer and enjoy the same benefits unless otherwise stated on the Product page.

14.4. The repair/repair of Goods outside the warranty period or within this period, but in the event that the Seller's obligation to bring the goods into compliance with the Contract for waiting has been waived for any reason, is subject to payment by the Customer and is carried out within a period agreed between the parties.


15.1. Writing the Reviews is done by the Customer, in the subpage of the selected product, for which he wants to make a review. The written information can be both positive and negative and must refer to the characteristics and the way of use of a given Product or Service.

15.2. At the time of registration of a Review on the Platform, Customers grant simgear.gr a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, territorially unlimited license and the right for simgear.gr to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute and display this content .

15.3. Each Customer, at the time of publishing a Review, undertakes to comply with the following rules:

  • to refer only to features and/or usage of a particular product or service, avoiding information related to aspects that may change (e.g. price or promotional offers);
  • to use only the Bulgarian language and write in Cyrillic. Words or expressions that, although not Bulgarian, are widely used by all media in the relevant field are allowed (example: mouse, notebook, plug and play);
  • to use appropriate speech, not containing offensive expressions or those that may affect the rights of a third party;
  • to ensure that the information entered by him is realistic, correct, non-misleading and in accordance with applicable laws, respecting including the rights of other persons - e.g. copyright, intellectual property rights, license rights or other proprietary rights, publicity rights or right of privacy.
  • to use this service only to communicate or obtain additional details about a particular good or service from the Platform without making references to other companies that promote the sale and purchase of goods and/or services;
  • not to provide or request, in any way or form, personal data (contact data, delivery address or residence, telephone numbers, e-mail addresses, first and/or last names, etc.) or other information that may lead to the disclosure of such personal data;
  • not to publish information and/or data regarding links/connections from other sites that develop the same or similar commercial activity as Simgear.gr;
  • not to enter Reviews that contain materials of an advertising nature;
  • not to use the Review as a means of communication with the Seller, the Seller's contact details published on the Platform will be used for this purpose.

15.4. In addition to the critical realistic assessment, at the time of publishing a given Review, the Client should also add a Rating for the relevant product or service. Reviews, along with their respective Ratings, will affect the overall Rating of the product or service. Thus, a Review that is accompanied by a high Rating leads to an increase in the overall Rating, and a Review that is accompanied by a low Rating leads to a decrease in the overall Rating.

15.5. When a Customer reports that a Review has inappropriate content, this content is carefully examined by simgear.gr in order for the latter to determine whether it violates the terms of use of the Platform. The published texts are removed from the Platform only after verification by simgear.gr.

15.6. In the event that simgear.gr finds a repeated violation of these Terms of Use, it reserves the right to limit the Customer's ability to publish Reviews without being obliged to justify it.

15.7. When adding a new review to the site, it can be held for review by an administrator or moderator of simgear.gr 


The Seller is not responsible for any damages suffered by the Customer, incurred as a result of force majeure circumstances or those beyond the Seller's control.


17.1. Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform its contractual obligations if such failure is due to force majeure. Force majeure is an unforeseeable event beyond the control of the parties that cannot be avoided.

17.2. If, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of the relevant event, it does not stop, each party has the right to notify the other party that it is terminating the Agreement without owing the other party compensation for any damages that may have been suffered.


Bulgarian legislation is applicable to this contract. Accepting these general conditions, the Customer understands and agrees that simgear.gr can transfer all its rights and obligations arising on the basis of the Document to another company or third party that is part of the SIM GEAR OOD company group. Any disputes arising between simgear.gr and the Clients will be resolved by mutual agreement or if this is impossible, the disputes will be resolved before the competent Bulgarian courts.


19.1. End-of-life electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE) may contain hazardous substances that have an adverse effect on the environment and human health if not collected separately.

19.2. Taking into account the provisions of the Bulgarian Law on Waste Management, its by-laws and Directive 2012/19/EU on waste from electrical and electronic equipment, please note that:

  • Users have the obligation not to place WEEE in places not designated for this and to collect such WEEE separately;
  • The systems for taking back and separate collection of WEEE available to users are: places for separate collection of WEEE, collection centers of authorized waste recovery organizations or directly to "Ekobultech" JSC, an organization responsible for fulfilling the obligation of separate collection and management of waste for the territory of Bulgaria;
  • The crossed-out wheelie bin symbol indicates the need for separate collection of the EEE on which it is placed;
